DELIVERY POLICY

Our cookies travel like noble Vikings, freshly forged in the Curly Baker kitchen and delivered straight to your door for weekend enjoyment.

 

Your cookies are baked with care, packed with honour, and delivered on our weekly Friday route — ensuring every Giant Viking Cookie arrives fresh for your Friday night through Sunday adventures.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across selected areas in Metro Vancouver communities.

Delivery Schedule

All cookies are freshly baked and hand-packed in the Curly Baker kitchen.

We offer weekly delivery across our delivery area every Friday. 

• Order by Wednesday before 10 a.m.  for delivery this Friday.

• Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the following Friday. 

• All cookies are baked fresh on Thursday and delivered the next day. 

• For large orders, our ovens may require additional time — please Contact us early to secure your Viking baking slot.

Delivery Window

Friday delivery window: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Deliveries are completed by trusted local couriers. 

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. If no one is home, your cookies will be left in a safe location at the provided address.

​Delivery Fee

We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of $12 per order for our Friday deliveries within our service area.

Delivery fees are applied at checkout.

 

Correct & Complete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at time of ordering — including unit number, business name, and specific instructions where applicable. We cannot re-deliver if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

Delays & Responsibilities

1. While we strive for timely and reliable Friday delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen events. Curly Baker Canada is not liable for delays outside our control once the order is on its delivery route.

2. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
   Curly Baker Canada cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address details provided by the customer.

3. Address Verification
   If we are unable to deliver due to inaccurate or incomplete address information, Curly Baker Canada is not liable for any consequences, including late delivery or failure to deliver.

4. Safe Drop
   If no one is available, orders may be left in a safe place at the delivery location. Curly Baker Canada is not responsible for the package once it has been delivered.

5. Shelf Life
   Our cookies have a 5-day shelf life. While delivery issues are rare, any concerns will be communicated to you directly whenever possible. Due to the fresh-baked nature of our cookies and our Friday-only delivery model, re-deliveries are not available.
