REFUND POLICY

Cancellation & Changes

  • If you need to change the details of your order or cancel it, please leave us a message on the Contact page, as far in advance as possible.

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered production.
    Once baking begins, cancellation is no longer possible, our cookies move
    fast.

Returns & Refunds

  • No Returns: All products are baked to order, and we do not accept returns.

  • Refunds, or replacement orders will be issued only if you receive the wrong product or if the product is of unsatisfactory quality.

  • If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, please leave us a message on the Contact page within 24 hours of delivery. Curly Baker Canada will not be held responsible for complaints made after this period. Include your order number and a photo, and we’ll review the issue promptly. When appropriate, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Freshness Guarantee

  • We want every customer to feel the joy of a perfectly baked conquest. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns, but we always stand behind our craftsmanship.

  • We take care to list ingredients and common allergens on each product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information prior to purchase.

  • We bake with integrity and a bit of Viking pride. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right — the Curly Baker Canada way.
